Come and join this fun and interactive workshop with Clinical Psychologist, Dr Missy Wolfman, from EmpowerMums. We will cover 3 core skills for you to thrive in motherhood: mindfulness, self-compassion and gratitude. All the skills are practical and designed for busy mums in mind.
