Hi Mamas, the Juggle is Real. As working mums we are wearing multiple hats, our ‘to do’ list is never ending, and there seems to not be enough time for everything. It’s easy to feel stressed, exhausted and depleted. You are not alone and it doesn’t have to be this way!
Mindfulness can be helpful to bring more moments of calmness into the chaos of motherhood. When we don’t have a lot of time for ourselves, practising mindfulness “on the go” can help you to refuel and recharge.
